Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how SilverScarcity (“we”, “us” or “our”) handles information when you use Blob Breeding Simulator (the “App”), an Android simulation game.

Summary

The App does not contain advertising SDKs, including Google AdMob. It does not require an account and we do not directly collect personal information from you. The only external processing associated with the App is performed by Google Play for general store analytics, technical operation and the optional one-time in-app purchase.

Information we collect

SilverScarcity does not operate a user-account system, analytics server or separate database for the App. We do not directly collect your name, email address, postal address, phone number, contacts, precise location, photographs, files or advertising identifier through the App.

Google Play services and analytics

When you download, install, update or use the App through Google Play, Google may process information as part of operating the Google Play platform. This can include installation and update information, device and operating-system details, country or general region, app usage and performance statistics, crash information and other technical diagnostics.

Google controls this processing under its own privacy policy and account settings. SilverScarcity may receive aggregated or limited reports through Google Play Console to understand installations, stability, performance and general App usage. These reports are not used by us to build personal user profiles.

One-time in-app purchase

The App offers an optional one-time purchase that unlocks premium content. The purchase is processed through Google Play Billing.

Google Play processes payment and billing information under Google's own terms and privacy policy. SilverScarcity does not receive your full payment-card or bank-account details. The App may receive limited purchase information, such as whether the purchase was completed, cancelled, refunded or restored, so that premium content can be unlocked and access can be restored.

Advertising

The App does not display advertisements and does not include Google AdMob or another advertising SDK. SilverScarcity does not use the App to collect data for advertising, personalised advertising or cross-app tracking.

Sharing of information

Because we do not directly collect personal information through the App, we do not sell or rent App user data. Information processed by Google Play is handled by Google as the provider of the distribution, analytics and billing services used by the App.

We may disclose information available to us where required by law, to respond to lawful requests, or to protect users, our rights or the security of the App.

Data retention

SilverScarcity does not maintain user profiles or a separate store of personal App data. Google may retain Play Store, analytics, diagnostics and purchase information according to its own retention practices and legal obligations. Limited purchase-status information may remain available to the App or through Google Play so premium access can be verified or restored.

Children's privacy

The App does not ask users to submit personal information and does not contain advertising. If you believe personal information has nevertheless been provided to us in connection with the App, contact us so we can review the matter and take appropriate action.

Your choices and rights

You can manage information associated with your Google account, Google Play activity and purchases through your Google account and device settings. Depending on where you live, you may also have legal rights concerning personal information processed about you. Requests concerning data controlled by Google should normally be directed to Google through its privacy tools and account controls.

Third-party privacy information

Google Play and Google Play Billing are provided by Google. Google's own privacy policy and account controls explain how Google processes information associated with these services.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy if the App, its purchase features, Google Play services or legal requirements change. The latest version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
