Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how SilverScarcity (“we”, “us” or “our”) handles information when you use Meme Soundboard 2026 (the “App”), an entertainment soundboard application for Android.

Information processed

The App does not require you to create an account or directly provide your name, postal address, phone number or contact list. However, the App and the third-party services it uses may automatically collect or process the following categories of information:

• Device and advertising information: device identifiers, advertising identifiers, IP address, device type, operating-system information, language, general region and information used for ad delivery, fraud prevention and measurement.
• App activity and usage information: interactions with the App and advertisements, sessions, feature usage and other diagnostic or performance events.
• Crash and diagnostic information: crash logs, error reports, performance data and technical information used to diagnose problems and improve reliability.
• Purchase information: purchase status and transaction-related information needed to provide and restore the App's one-time in-app purchase. Payment-card details are processed by Google Play and are not provided to us.

How information is used

Information may be used to:

• operate, maintain and improve the App;
• display, measure and help prevent fraud relating to advertisements;
• understand general feature usage and App performance;
• identify and fix crashes, errors and technical problems;
• process, verify and restore the one-time in-app purchase; and
• comply with legal obligations and enforce applicable terms.

Advertising

The App uses Google AdMob to display advertisements. Google and its advertising partners may process device information, advertising identifiers, IP addresses, app interactions and related information to deliver and measure ads, limit repeated ads, detect fraud and, where permitted, personalise advertising.

Whether personalised or non-personalised ads are shown may depend on your region, consent choices, age-related settings and device advertising settings. You can reset or delete your Android advertising identifier through your device's privacy settings where that option is available.

Analytics and diagnostics

The App processes analytics, performance and crash information to understand how the App is used, monitor stability and correct technical problems. Depending on the services and SDK versions used by the App, this information may be processed by Google or other service providers acting on our behalf.

In-app purchase

The App offers an optional one-time digital purchase through Google Play Billing. Google Play processes the payment and associated billing information under Google's own privacy terms. We may receive limited transaction information, such as whether a purchase was completed, cancelled, refunded or restored, so the purchased functionality can be provided.

Sharing of information

Information may be shared with service providers that help operate the App, including Google services used for advertising, analytics, diagnostics and in-app billing. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy policies. We may also disclose information where required by law, to protect users or our legal rights, or in connection with a business transfer.

Data retention

We do not maintain user accounts or a separate database of personal profiles for the App. Automatically collected information is retained by us or our service providers only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, subject to each provider's retention practices and applicable legal requirements. Purchase records may be retained by Google and as necessary to verify access, respond to support requests, prevent fraud or meet legal obligations.

Security

We take reasonable steps to protect information associated with the App. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children's privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly ask children under 13 to submit personal information directly to us. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us so we can review the matter and take appropriate action.

Your choices and rights

You may be able to control advertising personalisation, consent choices and the Android advertising identifier through the App's consent message, your device settings or your Google account. Depending on where you live, you may also have legal rights concerning personal information, including rights to access, correct, object to, restrict or request deletion of certain information.

Because much of the information described in this policy is processed by third-party services using device or advertising identifiers rather than a SilverScarcity account, we may need information from you to identify the relevant data or may direct you to the applicable service provider.

Third-party privacy information

The App uses services supplied by Google. You can review Google's privacy policy and Google Play's privacy information through Google's official websites and account settings.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when the App, its service providers or legal requirements change. The latest version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
